How do I log into my account?
You can head to the bottom of the page where it says sign in, or you can click here. All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. When you click subscription, you will see your subscription details, including:

Saved billing and shipping information
You can also click the Manage Subscription link in the order email. This opens a new tab or window where you can log into their account.
How do I update my billing & shipping information?
You can change all your account information when you log into your Online account and navigate to My account. This is where you can change your information.
To update payment information, click Payment Method, and then Update Payment Method.
May I substitute an item?
No, but we are sure that you have someone in your life that will love a beautiful gift! This box is not eligible for substitutions, exchanges or returns.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the current season's billing date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following Seasonal Box.
To unsubscribe from your Seasonal Membership, log in to your Joydrop account and cancel using the orders tab. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
